ISLA Engage is hiring a Content Creator with strong experience in social media content creation, video editing, Canva design, photography, videography, and AI creative tools.

We are looking for a creative professional who can turn strategic briefs into high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Reels, TikToks and short-form video content
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for clients
• Design carousels, graphics and social media assets using Canva
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Research relevant social media trends and content formats
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts
• Assist with client content shoots and production
• Organise and prepare final content assets for publishing

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and social media
• Strong Canva and video editing skills
• Good photography and videography skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Strong visual and creative sense
• Ability to work from a creative brief
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail

Experience with AI image generation and AI creative tools is a strong plus.

Compensation

GHS 2,000 per month
