Job Summary Manage construction projects by delegating tasks to workers and subcontractors, supervising teams, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality control while solving problems effectively. Flexibility to work on public holidays and weekends as required. Responsibilities Lead project management activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction tasks Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors to maintain high performance standards Enforce safety protocols on-site to protect workers and comply with regulations Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications and standards Identify and resolve problems promptly to minimize project delays and issues Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to project goals Adapt work schedule to include public holidays and weekends as required by the company
