Talencia Consulting - Project Manager IT

Talencia is looking for a "Project Manager IT" for one of its clients.

As a Project Manager, you will lead key digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency within a retail environment. Your main focus will be the replacement of the CIAM platform and the implementation of a Management Delivery platform. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business, standards and governance.

Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, quality, and change management
• Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular executive reporting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalations
• Oversee all testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT governance, and project management best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence
• Remote : 2days/week
• Languages : french (or dutch)+ english
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or e-Commerce environments
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Solid business acumen with a good understanding of IT delivery and digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
