Customer Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for a strategic customer in Singapore. This is a customer-facing role where you will connect customer requirements, supply chain strategy and cross-functional execution to ensure reliable delivery, competitive cost, supply resilience and continuous improvement. You will serve as the primary supply chain interface for the customer , partnering closely with internal teams across procurement, planning, manufacturing and quality, as well as engaging senior customer stakeholders to drive performance and long-term supply chain excellence. Responsibilities Customer Supply Chain Strategy & Planning · Understand the customer's demand forecast, production schedule, and supply chain maturity expectations · Develop and maintain a supply chain road map aligned to customer growth plans (ramp timelines, new product introductions, footprint changes) · Manage capacity planning to ensure Ichor's supply base can fulfill customer demand without disruption or excessive inventory · Lead quarterly business reviews with customer covering delivery performance, cost initiatives, and supply chain strategy Dual-Sourcing& Supply Chain Risk Management · Identify critical components or categories where dual sourcing is required to meet customer reliability expectations · Advocate and track qualifying second sources, manage their ramp, and ensure they maintain qualification over time · Monitor supply chain risk (supplier concentration, geographic exposure, financial health) and develop mitigation plans · Manage supplier transitions, consolidations, or changes with customer visibility and alignment CostOptimization & Commercial Alignment · Lead cost reduction initiatives aligned with customer expectations and competitive benchmarking · Partner with commodity teams to identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate pricing, and manage cost pass-throughs · Ensure cost targets and cost reductions are aligned with customer direction and contractual commitments · Manage inventory stocking programs and customer liability — balancing safety stock with working capital efficiency Continuous Improvement & Customer Programs · Manage customer-directed improvement initiatives (cost reduction, quality, delivery, lead time reduction) · Coordinate joint continuous improvement programs — identifying opportunities and tracking benefitrealization · Lead supplier performance reviews and improvement plans for suppliers serving this customer · Report on supply chain initiatives, improvement progress, and supply chain health metrics to customer Material Flow& Escalation Management · Ensure on-time delivery through material escalation coordination — identifying supply risks early and resolving them before they disrupt customer schedules · Manage expediting, material shortage resolution, and customer notification in case of delivery risk · Coordinate with manufacturing operations, procurement, and customer to resolve material constraints · Maintain visibility into supply chain health; escalate risks to internal leadership and customer as appropriate · This role may manage Material Programmanages for customers if and when customer scope requires Forecast & Demand Alignment · Partner with customer on demand planning and forecast accuracy · Ensure internal planning and procurement teams have accurate, timely customer forecasts · Manage demand volatility and plan for ramps, downturns, and product transitions · Drive forecast accuracy; identify and resolve root causes of demand misalignment Customer-Facing Reporting & Communication · Own a customer scorecard covering delivery, quality, cost, and supply chain health metrics · Prepare and present monthly/quarterly supply chain business reviews and performance reports · Serve as the voice of the custome rinternally — advocating for customer needs in prioritization and resource allocation · Manage requests for information(RFIs), customer questionnaires, and supply chain assessments Requirements · 8+years in supply chain, procurement, or supply chain program management · 3+years in a customer-facing or account management role — managing customer expectations and relationships in supply chain management · Experience managing dual-sourcing strategies, supplier transitions, or supply chain risk mitigation · Strong understanding of demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain metrics · Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities · Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with C-level customer stakeholders · Semiconductor capital equipment, precision manufacturing, or complex supply chain environment preferred
