Associate Financial Advisory

Responsibilities:

Conduct industry and market research to support advisory engagements. Build financial models and perform valuation analysis. Assist in preparing client pitches, presentations, and transaction documentation. Support capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and due diligence projects. Analyze financial statements and business performance. Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for clients. Respond promptly to client and stakeholder requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects. 

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills. Excellent research, presentation, and communication abilities. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
