Hotel Housekeeper

Your tasks

You will prepare and maintain guest rooms to high cleanliness and comfort standards, respond to guest requests, and report maintenance issues to ensure a welcoming and flawless stay experience.

• Make up guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and comfort
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms or upon guest request
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and towels promptly to maintain hygiene
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests efficiently
• Dust, polish surfaces, and remove stains to uphold room standards
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to maintain cleanliness
• Report lost and found items promptly to reception for proper handling
• Notify Housekeeping Manager of any defects requiring repair or rectification

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred but not required
• Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Team player with effective interpersonal communication skills
