About the Role We are looking for a SQL Server and .NET Cloud Operations Specialist to operate and support cloud and hybrid enterprise application-hosting platforms.
The role will focus on SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, .NET enterprise applications, and Azure application services.
- Operate and support SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance environments.
- Support the hosting and operation of .NET-based enterprise applications.
- Support Azure application-hosting services.
- Perform platform monitoring, patching, and backup coordination.
- Troubleshoot application, hosting, and database-related incidents.
- Support integrations and dependencies between application platforms and on-premises SharePoint environments.
- Provide cross-platform support for on-premises SharePoint workloads when required.
- Manage SSL certificates for supported application environments.
- Provide basic operational coverage for SharePoint services when needed.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting SQL Server and .NET platforms.
- Experience operating cloud and hybrid application-hosting environments.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance and Azure Application Services.
- Experience with Azure Key Vault and PowerShell.
- Experience supporting application platforms integrated with on-premises SharePoint.
- Strong application and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with monitoring, patching, backups, and SSL certificate management.
