QC Technician in charge X-ray inspection ( Electronics )

Your tasks

1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. To perform X-ray inspection from detailed viewing of internal semiconductor interconnections(wire bonds/die attach) to solder joint and assembly analysis.
5. To support IQC/IPQC/FQC/Prototype on the failure analysis by X-ray inspection.
6. To verify discrepancies of material, production and claim from customer and support primaryinformation for analyze root causes.
7. To issue Quality Guideline or any instruction in quality related.
8. To support measurement system analysis.
9. To take action as assignment by QC Engineer.
10. To prepare the weekly and monthly report for X-ray inspection results and make the SPC(Statistical Process Control) analysis for product quality improvement in prototype and massproduction phase

Requirements

1. ปวส. อิเลคทรอนิคส์ หรือ คอมพิวเตอร์
2. ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้านอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบและทดสอบ ด้วยเครื่องเอ็กซ์เรย์
3. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทัศนคติที่ดี
4. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
