Junior Content Production Executive

About Us Goshen Align is a Singapore-based regional business operating across Southeast-East Asia, with activities spanning media, intellectual property, technology platforms, digital commerce, creators, brands and entertainment-related projects. Our work includes regional and international-facing projects and collaborations involving media, technology, brands and entertainment/IP ecosystems. We are now expanding our internal content production capability and are looking for a young talent whom we can train and develop over the long term.
Important: This Is a Full-Time Role This is not a freelance or per-project position. You will work remotely from Indonesia as part of our ongoing production team and will be expected to be consistently available during agreed working hours. This role is intended to become your primary professional commitment.
Who We Are Looking For We are deliberately not looking for a senior designer or senior video editor. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply. What matters more to us is:

What You Will Do You will turn provided content directions, scripts, templates and creative briefs into finished production-ready social-media content. Your work will include:
- Social-media graphics and carousels
- Instagram/TikTok/Reels/Shorts editing
- Short-form video
- Typography and subtitles
- Basic motion graphics
- Visual asset sourcing
- Resizing/adapting content across platforms
- Final proofreading and quality checking
- Organizing source files and finished assets
- Producing revisions from feedback
- Using AI tools to increase production efficiency
Our strategy, content architecture and production systems will be provided. Your role is to learn the system and execute it accurately, consistently and increasingly quickly.
Requirements You should have:
- Basic-to-good graphic-design ability
- Basic-to-good video-editing ability
- Good visual judgment
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
- Good written/reading English
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and other major social platforms
- Your own suitable computer and reliable internet connection
- Ability to work remotely and communicate consistently
Experience with AI tools is a strong advantage.
What We Value Most We would rather hire someone with six months of experience who learns extremely quickly than someone with five years of experience who is difficult to train. You must be comfortable receiving detailed feedback and revisions. We are looking for someone who thinks: “Teach me the system. I'll master it.”
