Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach includes five outlet options, from the beachfront Sea Fu restaurant to the rooftop Mercury Lounge. It includes 237 Dubai luxury hotel rooms, including 49 suites, where subtle Arabic design motifs blend with cool, contemporary style, featuring soft backgrounds of blue or green. Dubai is the second largest of the seven Emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates and is located on the southern shore of the Arabian Gulf. It has a subtropical, arid climate.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
- Manage the host stand, review the reservation book, and make recommendations regarding the setup of the table sections.
- Ensure the cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms, make necessary improvements, and check each table before opening to ensure it is properly set.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and restaurant information.
What you bring
- One to two years of previous experience in a food and beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury hotel is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
