• Master's degree in Architecture from NUS or SUTD or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural practice.

• Design sensitivity is a must. Most projects require design development abilities, from

Concept to detailed design as well as interior design. Wherever relevant or possible,

candidate may progress to site supervision and contract management.

• Candidate should be able to communicate well verbally and in visual presentations.
