Design Engineer

• Design special cutting tools based on custom requirement, application analysis and performance objectives.
• Utilise WATER Tool Studio and ANCA Tool Room CAD/CAM system to develop tool geometries and general manufacturing data.
• Create detil engineering drawing of cutting tools, including dimensions, tolerance and meterail specification.
• Apply a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate and manufacturable designs.
• Utilize the CATIA CAD system for design and modeling tasks as required.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and sales team to ensure design feasibility and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Male only, Thai nationality only. age 27-40 yeas old Graduate high education (ปวส.) / Bachelor's degree Engineer of Mechanical or relate filed. Necessary have experience in cutting tool hight pricision less than 3 years. Proven proficiency in using WATER Tool Studio and ANCA Tool room CAD/CAM systems. Strong capability in creating detial engineering drawing. Thorough understanding and applicant of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing(GD&T) principles. Extensive knowledge of cutting tool material, geometries, applications and design principles. Experience using the CATIA CAD system for design and modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
