הובלה של צוות הפרודקט בישראל וארה״ב- 7 מנהלי מוצר דיווח ישיר ל- vp בארצות הברית. תפקיד שמאוד מוכוון תוצר, הובלה קדימה וסיוע לכל מנהלי המוצר. בניה של רוד מפ, תיעדוף פיצ׳רים, הגדרה של המוצרים בהתאם לאסטרטגיה של החברה, אחריות על התוצר ותהליך ההטמעה, קולברציה עם שאר המחלקות בחברה. הבנה של לקוחות, צרכים ולדעת לתרגם את זה למוצרים.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
• Proven track record owning a product roadmap end-to-end and being held accountable for the business outcomes it produced (e.g.,funnel conversion, adoption, engagement, retention metrics)
• Proven experience leading a PM team, with strong people-management focus.
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones/geographies, with the operating discipline (async communication, overlap-hour planning, documentation habits) that requires.
• Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices
