Production Supervisor

1. Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the production site, including employee operation observation, production record record inspection, technician process observation, etc., to provide timely feedback on the discrepancy between the actual operation process and the document requirements, and to promote the continuous updating and improvement of the documents.
2. Proactively identify, feedback, track and improve all kinds of abnormalities and problems in the production site, promote the continuous optimization of the production site, and improve production capacity.
3. Responsible for employee training, online skills tracking, and ensuring employee skills meet job requirements.
4. Manage shift personnel, create a positive work atmosphere, keep employees in good working condition and order, and enhance employee productivity.
5. Responsible for daily tracking and quality feedback on products and equipment.
6. Identify production tasks, organize work, and complete production requirements with quality and quantity.

Qualifications: Age not over 32 Year. Bachelor or higher in Mechanical, electronic, automation engineering or related. At least 2-3 years Semiconductor industry equipment maintenance experience At least production line personnel and equipment management experience Strong interpersonal and communication skill and conflict management ability Data analysis and problem solving skills Understanding of IATF16949, QC080000 and other system requirements Familiar with SPC, FMEA and 7QC Can working at 6 day and 2 shift.
