About the company
We are a fast-growing Marketing & F&B group leading premium spirits culture with high-impact events for baijiu brands. As exclusive owner of R&B Grill Bar, led by Michelin-starred Chef Benson Tong, we blend bold concepts with culinary excellence and plan to expand to 5 outlets by 2027.
Your tasks
Join our new baijiu-forward cocktail bar kitchen team at Capitol Piazza, led by a Michelin-star chef. We seek passionate Kitchen Crew to prepare dishes, maintain hygiene, support service, and contribute to a professional kitchen environment.
- Prepare and execute dishes consistently and efficiently to meet the chef’s standards
- Support daily mise en place and section preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout all kitchen activities
- Collaborate closely with the head chef and kitchen team during service to deliver quality dishes
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and perform basic inventory checks to manage supplies
- Organize and maintain your section to be ready for peak service periods
- Foster a calm, focused, and professional kitchen culture to support team performance
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid work authorization to work in Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior kitchen experience demonstrating ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Food hygiene certification (training can be arranged)
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a bonus
- Passion for food, culinary techniques, and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
