Festina Finance is modernising how Life & Pension administration is delivered across Europe. With a strong presence in Denmark and the Netherlands, we are implementing our platform at two of the largest pension administrators in the Dutch market.

To support this growth, we are expanding our local team in Amsterdam and looking for a Business Analyst who wants to work hands-on with complex pension products, system implementations, and international collaboration.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with customers, domain experts, and development teams to translate business needs into clear system requirements. You will be involved throughout the implementation process - from understanding pension products and events to shaping system behaviour and supporting configuration.
