JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute diverse events from initial ideation to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with clients to transform their vision into exceptional event experiences
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure seamless logistical execution
- Develop and oversee event budgets to deliver high-impact results with cost-efficiency
- Identify and secure premium venues that align perfectly with specific event requirements
- Partner with marketing teams to drive event promotion and maximize attendee engagement
- Lead on-site logistics and coordinate teams to ensure flawless event-day operations
- Design engaging themes, creative layouts, and unique experiences for all attendees
- Evaluate post-event feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve future projects
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with high efficiency and meticulous attention to detail
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to thrive under pressure and provide proactive solutions to real-time challenges
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
