Your tasks

What will you be doing as Practice Manager? This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the team's culture and influence the practice's success.

• Lead and develop people – coach colleagues, support recruitment and build a motivated, collaborative team.
• Drive commercial performance – monitor KPIs, manage budgets, improve appointment utilisation and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep the practice running smoothly – oversee daily operations, stock, equipment and compliance.
• Champion patient care – maintain high standards, manage feedback and ensure patients receive an excellent experience.
• Work collaboratively – partner with your DOCS and support teams across Finance, HR, Recruitment, Marketing and IT.

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated, people-focused and commercially minded Practice Manager to lead Envisage Dental Basingstoke on a six-month maternity cover contract, with potential for extension or a longer-term opportunity.

You'll bring dental experience, confidence leading people, commercial awareness and an understanding of practice performance. Experience with KPIs, budgets and compliance would be valuable, but we're interested in your potential as well as your experience.
