RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising the works as per project specifications and approved drawings.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including residents, authorities, and other contractors.

Render assistance as directed by the Site Project Coordinator.

Ensure works comply with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

i) At least 5 years relevant working experience in the supervision of C&S aspect of works;

ii) Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES);

iii) Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint;

iv) Possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project.
