Technical Manager

As our Technical Manager, you will be the driving force behind our engineering excellence. You will oversee complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring that every mechanical and electrical component meets the highest industry standards. Your leadership will directly influence our operational success and the growth of our engineering department in the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to achieve technical excellence .

Oversee the full lifecycle of Engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Implement robust Project Management methodologies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and Quality Assurance protocols.

5-10 years of proven experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role.

Home appliances field Experience

Expertise in Engineering principles across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Mastery of Project Management tools and methodologies to drive complex initiatives.

Strong background in Team Leadership , resource allocation, and Budgeting .

Proficiency in AutoCAD and the creation of detailed Technical Documentation .

Exceptional Risk Management skills to navigate project challenges proactively.

Ability to work on-site in 6th of October & Sadat City, Egypt on a full-time basis.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is expected.

Male
