Export Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

Identify and communicate with potential international customers and business opportunities, particularly in French-speaking markets.

Support the Export Sales team in developing new markets and expanding the company’s customer base.

Respond to customer inquiries, requests for quotations, and product-related questions in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial offers, and sales orders.

Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers and ensure proper follow-up.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Technical, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Follow up on order status, production schedules, shipping arrangements, and delivery dates.

Assist in preparing and reviewing export documentation and ensure that required documents are properly completed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.

Monitor customer feedback and support the resolution of customer issues in coordination with the relevant departments.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, market trends, and business opportunities.

Support participation in international exhibitions, business meetings, and customer visits when required.

Prepare periodic sales reports and updates regarding customer activities, quotations, orders, and market opportunities.

Ensure professional communication with customers through email, phone calls, and online meetings.

Perform other duties related to export sales as assigned by the Export Sales Management.

Suitable Bachelor Degree

Fluent Spanish language skills – spoken and written (mandatory).

0–3 years of experience in Export Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Willingness to learn and develop within the Export Sales field.
