Audits & Shrinkage Control: Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle audits to match physical inventory against ERP/POS digital records, identifying discrepancies or theft.

Returns & Damaged Goods: Oversee customer returns, defective garment processing, and vendor returns for flawed fabrics or incorrect shipments.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with store managers, merchandising buyers, and logistics teams to prepare inventory for promotions, sale events, and new season launches.

Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or apparel-specific ERPs) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking complex SKU variations (size, fit, style, color) to avoid mislabeling and sizing errors.

Physical Stamina: Ability to handle, unpack, fold, and move heavy garments and boxes within store stockrooms or warehouse environments.
