Job Summary Lead the design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and project specifications Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals Lead and manage internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and project performance Utilize ArchiCAD software to create detailed architectural models and drawings for project development Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year of local architectural experience in Singapore Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and presentation
