We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of equipment at a manufacturing facility located in Tuas. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are maintained in a safe, reliable and efficient condition, while supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of processing, blending and high-speed packaging equipment. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Perform equipment disassembly, diagnosis, repair and re-assembly in accordance with required hygiene and safety standards. Repair and install machinery, equipment components, guards and piping where required. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, work orders and maintenance-related project activities. Support the investigation and resolution of equipment breakdowns and recurring downtime issues. Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety, GMP and cGMP requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and technical documentation. Assist in the preparation and improvement of SOPs, checklists and work instructions. Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards. Participate in site emergency response activities when required. Provide guidance and technical support to new employees where necessary. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. Prior experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment will be an advantage. Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team. Good understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing practices. Work Location: Tuas
