Production Manager - Overseas

Responsibilities Manage overseas production from development through bulk delivery

Coordinate daily communication with Asia-based factories and vendors

Track timelines, production milestones, and factory capacity

Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets

Review and approve production samples, lab dips, trims, and pre-production approvals

Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions quickly

Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and provide regular status updates to internal teams

Partner with Design and Sourcing to ensure smooth handoff from development to bulk

Qualifications 3+ years of production experience in apparel manufacturing

Strong knowledge of overseas production processes and factory workflows

Direct experience working with Asia-based vendors and suppliers

Ability to manage multiple styles, brands, and timelines simultaneously

Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced fashion environment
