SUMMARY

Responsible for the execution of transportation and fulfillment operations to get product delivered to final customer. Ensures visibility and delivery/return of products within the supply chain. Partners with and manages Fulfillment & Logistics providers in getting products to and from customers including cost, velocity and quality.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for carrier selection, order routing and lead-time maintenance
• Identifies opportunities to improve the supply chain, assists with escalation resolution, and leads the day-to-day operational aspects of transportation and fulfillment operations
• Implements and executes process change
• Analyzes the logistical resources required to effectively and efficiently flow products through the supply chain
• Manages Fulfillment & Logistics provider’s service levels and KPI’s
• Accountable for the backlog and capacity management of the fulfillment locations
• Responsible for exception management including expedites, order prioritization and delivery escalation
