Low-Code Developer Microsoft Power Platform - KT

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Low-Code Engineer to join our digital transformation journey at the Customer's. You will have the opportunity to design, build, and deploy impactful digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, helping to improve business processes and public service delivery. This role offers hands-on experience in application development, process automation, and emerging digital capabilities while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic government ICT environment. The position is suitable for a fresh graduate with strong fundamentals and relevant project exposure who can demonstrate hands-on delivery capability and a willingness to learn in a government ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for digitisation and process improvement, and translate requirements into effective low-code solutions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support the implementation of ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements in delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners, while maintaining technical, operational, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary education qualification in related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sound understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, user interface design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience. Experience developing applications or workflow automations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Exposure to digital solution development, automation platforms, business applications, data analytics tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, or related tools, will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; databases such as SQL or NoSQL; and integration with enterprise systems through REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document work clearly.
• Exposure to source control tools (e.g. Git), Agile delivery practices, application lifecycle management, or CI/CD concepts.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, academic projects, internships, portfolio applications, hackathons, or other practical project experience that demonstrate technical capability.
