Electrical Engineer - Field Based

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30, Early Finish Friday Location: Essex, Harlow (Must be located within commutable distance to site) - Field-based - daily travel to customer sites

The Role

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and installations across domestic, commercial and industrial sites
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
• 3-phase electrical repairs and testing
• Distribution board replacements and upgrades
• Pump and motor installations
• Lighting installations and improvements
• Emergency lighting maintenance
• Small electrical installation projects
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Work in line with current electrical regulations and H&S requirements

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
• Domestic, commercial and/or industrial experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good customer-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence with 12+ months' driving experience
• AM2 desirable
