1. BIM Model Coordination

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure and specialist systems, with primary responsibility assigned to either MEP or Infrastructure packages.

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MEP, Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, coordination or management.
• Relevant experience in either MEP or Infrastructure BIM coordination.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, airport, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use or high-rise projects is preferred.
