Supervisor - Operation Frozen (Wangnoi)

1. Supervise and manage operations within the temperature-controlled warehouse (Frozen) to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Plan and allocate manpower according to daily workload to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely receiving, storage, and dispatching processes.
3. Monitor and control inventory accuracy, including maintaining proper storage temperatures and food safety standards.
4. Oversee operational staff (Operators) to ensure strict adherence to operational processes and safety regulations.
5. Analyze on-site issues and provide immediate solutions to mitigate risks to operations and cargo.
6. Prepare and summarize daily performance reports for management review.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Experience in Cold Chain / Frozen warehouse operations is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically: Excel: Advanced skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP. PowerPoint: Capable of creating professional presentations for management. Strong capability in reporting and data presentation. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and safety standards. Able to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays based on the schedule). Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
