Job Description: Monitor key financial indicators: Monitor core financial indicators of the branch, including deposits and loans, income and profit, net interest margin (NIM), and risk-weighted assets (RWA); conduct statistical analysis and investigate significant fluctuations. Maintain the FTP system: Assist in maintaining the branch’s internal fund transfer pricing (FTP) system, monitor revenue changes, and participate in pricing analysis. Analysis and reporting: Assist in NIM attribution analysis and economic value added (EVA) calculations, and prepare monthly revenue analysis reports for various business lines. Tool development and new product testing: Develop and implement data automation and visualization tools to improve business analysis efficiency; participate in new product testing; liaise with head office on data queries, report submissions, and coordination matters. Meeting support and records maintenance: Prepare materials for Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meetings, consolidate various reports, and maintain relevant data logs and records.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; with at least three years of relevant banking/Financial Institution experience. Familiarity with fundamental concepts of bank asset and liability management, income and profit, EVA, FTP, NIM, and RWA; understanding of bank ALM frameworks and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Excel and data processing; experience with SQL and business intelligence (BI) visualization tools is preferred; strong data acuity, clear logical thinking, and report-writing skills. Meticulous and rigorous work style; ability to work well under pressure; skilled in cross-departmental and external communication and collaboration. Proficiency in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders; head office in China on occasion.
