The role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of endoscopy equipment in hospitals Job Responsibilities: Providing technical support and after-sales service to customers. Installing equipment and ensuring it meets required specifications. Conducting basic user training and coordinating site preparation with customers. Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and working with engineering supervisors to resolve issues. Performing servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance for equipment under service contracts. Advising customers on maintenance and service contract options. Preparing customer sites for new equipment installations. Supporting the Sales and Marketing team by promoting accessories, stand-in during endoscopy procedures to better understand the use and customer’s feedback. Job Requirements: Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Possess at least 2 years of experience in field service support to customers Knowledge working experience in servicing medical products is advantageous.
