Advisory Internship Program

About the role

The CBRE Advisory Structured Internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional corporate environment and aims to prepare successful candidates for a future career in real estate. Interns will participate in a structured 3 to 6-month program with responsibilities in supporting day-to-day business operations, participating in real estate projects, learning from experienced team members, and developing foundational workplace and professional skills.

What you will do

Be assigned to a department within CBRE's Advisory business (Strategy Consulting or Valuations)

Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, and financial analysis

Conduct company, property, and industry-specific research

Contribute to special projects in support of process improvement and business growth

Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials as required

Work closely with assigned experienced team managers and leaders within the Advisory business

Participate in mentorship by assigned mentors and leaders

Track local and regional activities, such as economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local real estate market

Gain exposure in updating internal tracking databases for current and future prospects

What you will need

Be an undergraduate currently pursuing a Real Estate or related major

Have valid work authorization or residency to be based and work in the Middle East

Be able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months between October 2026 and June 2027

Have a strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry

Demonstrate ability to network and develop strong relationships

Possess strong presentation and solid communication skills, both written and oral

Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have strong proficiency in MS Office

Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Be able to work independently and collaboratively
