STRUCTURAL STEEL ENGINEER

Job Description & Requirements Handle and determine the quantities, shapes and sizes and location of the rods from the drawings and sketches Prepare the cutting list schedule depending on the design specs Perform advance planning in rebar schedule per area Perform quantity of steel material needed for the design execution Can read structural drawing in preparing rebar's quantity Compile and prepare material wastage summary Control and minimize material wastages Generation of monthly report Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/management Must have knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office At least 1-2 years’ bar bend scheduler experience Willing to travel around project sites offices within Singapore Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment Chinese/English Language （both writing & reading） is needed to liaise with associates in related to job matters
