Software Integration Analyst

As a Software Integration Analyst, you will work at the intersection of software integration, functional analysis, and project management. You will collaborate with engineers, cross-functional teams, and international clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver technology projects that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client projects from initial scoping through implementation and final invoicing.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and integration needs, and translate them into clear project requirements.
• Participate in solution design, system integration, testing, and project delivery to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and in full.
• Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to implement and integrate business systems.
• Manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow established policies and best practices when defining and implementing project requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution of issues identified during testing or implementation.
• Understand and apply relevant connectivity and integration protocols based on project requirements.
• Support clients throughout testing and implementation, providing clear communication and guidance on technical or functional issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in software integration, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, or related technology environments.
• Experience managing or leading projects, preferably involving technology implementation or system integration.
• Confident spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Understanding of B2B, e-commerce, ERP, or supply chain management business processes.
• Experience or knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java and/or C++.
• Understanding of network communication and integration protocols.
• Experience working with international clients or cross-border projects.
• Ability to understand both technical solutions and business requirements.
