Team Leader Electrical Maintenance (m / f / d) You will manage the team and coordinate the maintenance of electrical installations. Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate the realisation of electrical works in the best efficiency and cost conditions: follow up of troubleshooting works, planned works (preventive, predictive and opportunity)  Planned and distribute works amongst electricians, control the quality and efficiency.  Ensure staff management: hours, presences according to planning, training  Make proposals to modify or improve installations and facilities in order to decrease maintenance costs and increase machines availability.  Analyse electrical breakdowns and implement the appropriate repair  Participate to the realisation of the preparation and planning of lines / machines stops  Inspection and commissioning of electrical installations  Creation of electrical wiring diagrams Skills:  Leadership skills  Strong team player  Problem-solving and analytical skills  Pragmatic and hands-on business-driven individual Education:  Industrial Master Electrician (Industriemeister Elektrotechnik) or comparable
