The Senior PA is responsible for delivering comprehensive lifestyle and concierge support across multiple UHNW principals within the family office. This role ensures each client receives seamless, five-star service across all aspects of their personal lifestyle — from personal errands to private entertainment, dining, wellness, cultural experiences, and day-to-day needs. A key component of this role is cultivating and overseeing a curated vendor and partner network that powers the firm's concierge, travel, and lifestyle offering.

The Senior PA serves as the primary point of contact for lifestyle and concierge requests, collaborates closely with the Director of Property Management, and works in tandem with estate management teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build detailed itineraries and manage all supporting documentation - visas, passports, travel insurance

Establish operating procedures, service standards, and systems for growing hospitality and concierge practice within the multi-family office
