ARSIEM is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication. This position will support one of our Government clients in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders

Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings

Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements

Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions

Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives

Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders

Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation

Support governance review processes with business impact analysis

Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes

Create stakeholder communications and status reports

Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle

Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation

Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes

Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions

Minimum Qualifications BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience

5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst

Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

Experience with use case development and user story creation

Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Experience with project coordination and tracking

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs

Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation

Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments

Experience with agile requirements management

Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations

Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks

Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes

DoD 8140 IAT Level II

ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA

SaFE

Clearance Requirement: Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
