Senior Associate- Real Estate Finance

AJ Chambers is working with a leading Top 100 law firm seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its growing Real Estate Finance team. You’ll work on a high-quality caseload of acquisition, development, investment and refinancing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance. Strong real estate finance experience. Experience drafting and negotiating facility, security and intercreditor documentation. Excellent commercial and client-facing skills. A proactive approach and interest in business development. What’s on offer?
