About the Role

At Advanced Space, we're enabling humanity's return to the Moon and building the technologies that will take us to Mars and beyond. We're looking for a Team Member Success Intern to join our People team and gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition for a growing aerospace company.

As a Team Member Success intern, you'll work alongside experienced recruiting and People team members who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout your internship. You'll contribute to projects involving candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. You'll gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle while helping connect talented people with opportunities to contribute to real space missions.

This internship is ideal for students interested in human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, business, communications, psychology, or related fields . You'll have the opportunity to develop practical recruiting skills while learning how talent acquisition supports a growing technical organization.

What You'll Actually Do

Support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives.

Work alongside the recruiting team on summer projects focused on identifying, engaging, and coordinating candidates for technical and business roles across Advanced Space.

Gain hands-on experience with recruiting tools and processes.

Support projects involving:

Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruiting resources

Researching and identifying qualified candidates for open positions

Developing and refining candidate search strategies

Supporting outreach to prospective candidates

Scheduling recruiter screens, technical interviews, and other candidate meetings

Coordinating interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams

Communicating with candidates throughout the interview process

Maintaining accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system

Supporting resume review and candidate pipeline management

Assisting with recruiting projects, career fairs, university outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives

Learn about the full recruiting lifecycle.

Interview coordination and scheduling

Applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

Present project results through reports, presentations, documentation, or discussions with members of the People and Recruiting teams.

Who Thrives Here

You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Organizational Development, or another related discipline .

You have an interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations .

You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of accuracy when managing candidate information and interview schedules.

You are comfortable learning and working with new software, technology platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

You enjoy working with people and are comfortable reaching out to individuals you may not have interacted with previously.

You are curious, collaborative, proactive, and excited to learn from experienced recruiting professionals.

Bonus Points if You Have Experience With

LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms

Applicant tracking systems or recruiting software

Candidate sourcing or outreach

Resume screening or candidate evaluation

Scheduling or coordinating meetings and interviews

Career fairs, university recruiting, or student organizations

Customer service or other roles involving frequent communication

Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools

Previous internship, work, volunteer, or leadership experience involving recruiting, HR, or coordination

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive internship compensation: $20- $29/hour

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident/green card holder, or protected individual).

Must be able to work in-person at our Westminster, CO office.
