Business Change Manager Role purpose

Lead and coordinate business change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Partner with stakeholders to manage impacts, reduce disruption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, and adoption metrics.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, business owners, and delivery teams to align on change objectives and benefits.
• Create and manage communications, training, and engagement plans to support user adoption.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate change risks, resistance, and dependencies across functions.
• Coordinate change governance, reporting, and RAID logs; track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Support operational transition, including process updates, documentation, and handover to BAU teams.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering organizational change in complex programmes (e.g., digital, process, or transformation).
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical change activities and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Experience with change frameworks and tools (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
• Analytical skills for impact assessment, benefits tracking, and performance reporting.
