Lawyer

We are looking for a lawyer to join a legal team under a flexible, incentive- and commission-based arrangement , as we currently do not have a permanent office. Work & Compensation: Flexible working arrangement without commitment to a fixed office location

Compensation is based on incentives and case/work-related commissions , rather than a fixed monthly salary

Commission and incentive details will be mutually agreed upon based on the nature of the work and the candidate’s experience

Alexandria, Egypt

Requirements: Must be registered with the Egyptian Bar Association (General or Primary Level)

Previous practical experience is an added advantage; however, a strong willingness to learn is essential, particularly in the following areas: civil litigation, corporate law, intellectual property, cybercrime, etc.

Strong legal drafting skills, including memoranda, pleadings, and administrative procedures; proficiency in English is an added advantage

Commitment, strong follow-up skills, and effective communication

Ability to work independently and take responsibility
