IT Support Odoo ERP

1. Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and user accounts.
2. Support, configure, and troubleshoot the Odoo ERP system.
3. Manage Odoo users, permissions, configurations, and master data.
4. Perform basic Odoo customization using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
5. Write SQL queries and assist with data troubleshooting, migration, and reporting.
6. Monitor system logs, backups, deployments, and integrations.
7. Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
8. Prepare IT documentation, SOPs, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Experience in IT Support, ERP Support, System Administration, or Technical Support. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL/SQL, XML, and JavaScript. Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience with Linux, Docker, and Git is a plus. English communication skills.
