HR Officer (HRM and Recruitment) = 1 position

• Responsible for HRM tasks, employee record documentation, employee rules and regulations, and employee Orientation
• Recruitment tasks
• Documentation tasks within the quality system related to recruitment
• Employee Orientation

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, Psychology, or other related fields At least 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment and HRM tasks Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, good personality, leadership qualities, and being a good Role Model in terms of responsibility, conduct, and management Presentation skills and the ability to present new ideas for development; importance is placed on developing others English language skills in the areas of Recruitment (Recruiter) and HRM tasks Computer skills at a functional level Coordination and teamwork skills, along with good problem-solving skills
