Scope
These terms of service govern your use of Job.bo (the “Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these terms.
Description of the service
Job.bo is an AI-powered assistant for your job search. Among other things, the Service helps you create an application profile, find matching jobs, and prepare application documents. The Service is currently provided free of charge. There is no entitlement to any particular set of features; individual features may be added, changed, or discontinued.
Account and registration
An account is required to use the signed-in area. You agree to provide truthful information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any misuse of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully or abusively. In particular, the following are prohibited: posting unlawful, offensive, or infringing content; automated scraping beyond the usual extent; attacks on the availability or security of the Service; and circumventing access or security mechanisms.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you upload or enter, such as your CV and profile details, and you warrant that you are entitled to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us the right to store and process this content to the extent technically necessary to provide the Service to you — including displaying public profile details where you have set their visibility to “public”.
Availability
The Service is provided with reasonable care, but without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or further development may lead to temporary limitations. There is no entitlement to constant availability.
Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract; any further liability is excluded. Content generated by AI, such as analyses and cover letters, may contain errors; you should review it before use.
Term and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the provision of the Service or individual accounts for good cause, for example in the event of serious violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms of service with effect for the future, for example when features or legal requirements change. We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate manner. The current version is always available on this page.
Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
