Technical Service Coordinator – Maternity Leave Replacement

A leading company in the medical equipment field is looking for a Service Coordinator for a maternity leave replacement for a period of approximately six months. This is a central role within the service system, involving many interfaces and responsibility for the process from the moment a service call is received until its closure. The work is suitable for someone who loves order, pace, and working with people, but also knows how to remain calm when everything happens simultaneously.

What do you do in the role?

• Receiving service calls from customers and managing their handling
• Coordinating and managing the schedule of service engineers and monitoring task execution
• Updating customers throughout the process and closing the loop until the call is completed
• Handling the Back Office process and interfaces with customers and various entities within the organization
• Routine work with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other departments
• Operational assistance to the team manager as needed
• Working with information systems, ERP, BI, and systems from medical equipment manufacturers and customers
• Generating reports and analyzing data as needed

• Experience in a service, coordination, back office, or operations role – a significant advantage
• Very good level of English – mandatory
• Full command of Office – mandatory
• Excel at the level of formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot – an advantage
• Experience working with Priority – an advantage
• High service orientation and the ability to communicate pleasantly even in stressful situations
• Order, responsibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork
• Bachelor's degree – an advantage

The position is full-time, 9 hours a day, with some flexibility in combining short and long days. Occasionally, overtime may be required. This is a maternity leave replacement for a period of approximately six months.
