Service Engineer (Digital / Cloud) - Located at Rama 9
- Digital MA Project Work
- Receive problem notifications and perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) related to Huawei, iMaster, NCE, and Campus systems.
- Responsible for Network Fabric systems ranging from Core Switch and Distribution Switch (VXLAN type) to Access Switch within customer offices.
- Supervise and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) for Huawei brand Switch equipment according to the defined plan.
- Perform device status checks (Health Check) and Configuration Backup according to the defined schedule.
- Prepare performance reports for Incident / CM / PM and coordinate with the Vendor team (Huawei) in cases where additional support (Escalation) is required.
- Cloud Project Work
- Responsible for Virtualization systems: VMware vSphere and VMware NSX.
- Responsible for Network and Server systems: Switch, Server, and related equipment within the project.
- Responsible for Security systems: WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antivirus, and all other related security systems.
- Assist in overseeing the overall scope of other related Network tasks within the project to ensure systems work together with stability.
- Perform Security Patch updates and system/equipment Version Upgrades according to the schedule and Vendor Advisories.
- Monitor security vulnerabilities and coordinate planning for remediation with relevant teams.
- Prepare Runbooks, incident summary reports, and documents related to operations.
- Perform duties in accordance with the standards and SLA specified in the service contract.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: All genders, Thai nationality. Age 25-40 years (If older but having direct experience, will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields. Must have 2+ years of work experience as a Network / System Engineer. Direct experience with Huawei equipment (Switch, iMaster NCE) will be specially considered. Experience managing VMware / NSX or Cloud Infrastructure will be specially considered. Knowledge and understanding of Networking: Switching, Routing, VLAN, VXLAN, EVPN, Fabric Network. Knowledge and understanding of Virtualization: VMware vSphere, VMware NSX. Knowledge and understanding of Security: Firewall, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antivirus. Understanding of Patch Management and Vulnerability Management processes. Ability to use Monitoring and Network Management Tools such as iMaster NCE, vCenter. Good analytical and Troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work overtime / On-call as necessary. High responsibility, attention to detail, and a service mind. Ability to travel to perform work at customer sites. Possession of a private motorcycle or car will be specially considered. No criminal record; background check will be conducted before employment. Good physical health.
