GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Coordinates the operation of the department, in addition to assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in administrative functions, ensuring compliance with established objectives.

FUNCTIONS

  • Assists the F&B Manager in performing their activities, and when they are absent, covers their functions and executes strategies according to the operation.
  • Plans and organizes, together with F&B Assistants and consumption center supervisors, activities according to occupancy, events, and operation, assigning specific tasks to each area.
  • Ensures the care and proper use of operating equipment, LCP, and linens, as well as the organization and planning of inventories according to calendars established by the controllership.
  • Supervises event operations, reviewing the programming of the Banquets Management.
  • Supervises the operational and administrative part of the Bars, Room Service, Restaurants, and Warehouse areas.
  • Creates supervision work schedules in order to guarantee the correct operation of the consumption centers.
