You would be responsible for:

• Management and follow-up of invoices, refunds, and administrative processes.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with times, objectives, and deliverables.
• Logistic organization and execution of Service Day, events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Constant communication and coordination with different internal areas, providers, and clients.
• Management and updating of the website, as well as digital content follow-up.
• Development and execution of social media strategies, community management, and brand communication.
• Content creation and copywriting for campaigns, social networks, and internal/external communication.
• Management of brand experiences and after-sales area follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Customer service and support both offline and online, providing effective solutions and personalized attention.
• Generation, analysis, and presentation of KPI reports and performance metrics.
• Budget planning and control, negotiation, and follow-up with providers.
• Coordination and management of work teams, promoting an efficient and collaborative operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Management of CRM and editing programs.
• Use of Office suite.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, design, and events.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
