Automotive Sales Manager

Avangard Motors, the official representative of Mercedes-Benz in Armenia, is looking for a car sales manager to expand its team.

Professional presentation and sale of Mercedes-Benz cars

Identifying customer needs and providing personalized consultation

Full management of the sales process, from initial contact to the completion of the deal

Attracting new customers and building long-term customer relationships

Detailed consultation regarding Mercedes-Benz models, accessories, technologies, and services

Organizing and conducting test drives

Preparation and formalization of documents related to offers, orders, and sales

Proper maintenance of contracts, invoices, acts, and other necessary documents

Accurate and timely updating of information regarding customers and sales processes in the CRM system

Achieving defined sales targets and KPIs

Maintaining Mercedes-Benz's high-end service and customer experience standards

At least 2 years of work experience in the automotive sales sector

Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages

Developed sales and negotiation skills

Ability to build high-end communication with customers

Interest in cars, their technical features, and the market

Ability to work meticulously and responsibly with documents

Skills in working with CRM systems and MS Office programs

High responsibility, organization, and attention to detail

Result-oriented and focused on sales targets

Presentable appearance and professional conduct
